Whether it's a residential or a commercial space, the planning phase of the construction starts with the concept. We have sophisticated brains to brainstorm innovative ideas. As a responsible and leading villa and building contractor in Dubai, we ensure we have the best minds working for us to exceed our client's expectations.
The approval stage is comprised of getting government approvals, permits and insurances, detailed MEP and interior design of the project, choosing and approving materials. This takes up to 40 working days.
Team Casa Shamuzzi strives for on-time delivery of all projects. Site operations may last from 80-180 working days. Deadlines may vary according to the requirements of the projects.
Fit-out, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment, and all other MEP works follow in the next steps. We merely install high-end pre-approved fixtures in the project. This may take upto 20-45 days but may take more days depending upon requirements.
The final step is the hand-over to client. All the necessary work needed for hand-over might take upto 10 working days.
